For those who live in places with a more mild climate, they are rarely a necessity. So the first thing you need to check is whether winter tires are mandatory in your state or country.
If the weather conditions are particularly harsh and winter tires are mandatory, you have no choice whether to put winter or all-season tires, you will have to change the winter with summer around every six months.
Your local weather conditions
